Every homeowner in the Lake Thomas Woods 8th Addition Home Owners Association has a responsibility to look out for the well-being of our Community. There are many issues that arise that are violations of Polk County that may be addressed directly with the Polk County Code Enforcement department. Below are some examples of those types of infractions that should be reported directed to Code Enforcement:
· Vehicles without current registration tags
· Lawns and landscaping that are overgrown
· Non- permitted construction
· Broken Fences, Gates, etc.
If you as a homeowner see these types of infractions, you have a responsibility to the community to contact the Polk County Code Enforcement to address the situations. You can do so as an Anonymous caller.
